Old Danube
Along the Danube we ride to the untouched arms of the Old Danube River. From the Gänsehäufel – the bathing paradise of the Viennese – the path leads us along the old arm to the UNO Headquarter and further over the Danube Island back to the starting point – pure nature. Art & Culture
Upstream we ride towards the former capital of Austria, Klosterneuburg. After a relaxed, easy ride we reach the monastery with its art treasures worth seeing. A short tour inside and some refreshments on the large terrace give us enough energy for the return. No special skills required. Easy to moderately difficult bike tour.
